Hazem Badr

Hazem Badr is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance.
He joined Amoun’s leadership team in 2012 and prior to that he held positions of significant responsibilities at notable organizations such as the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Sime Darby Berhad of Malaysia, the Saudi Savola Group, Savola Sime Egypt and finally Pfizer Inc. where he held the position of Regional Counsel supporting Pfizer’s operations in Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Badr earned his law degree from Kuwait University and was admitted to the Egyptian Bar in 1984. Since then, he has lived and worked in various countries, including the UK, Kuwait, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Egypt, and the US.
