Ahmed El Kady

Chief Legal Officer (Interim)

Mr. Ahmed El Kady has nearly 15 years of experience in Legal with a proven track record in corporate, mergers and acquisition. He leads the legal department which plays a pivotal role in sustaining the company’s business growth and protect corporate reputation.

Before joining Amoun in 2021 as Director of Legal Affairs, he spent several years working for local and regional law firms including Matouk Bassiouny Law Firm. During his tenure, he has advised several multinational and local companies in different industries; including AXA, Palm Hills, Hassan Allam, Amadeus, IPR oil and gas, Beko, Eli Lilly and many other different companies.

In September 2024, he was appointed Interim Chief Legal Officer.

​ Mr. El Kady holds Bachelor of Law from Cairo university, and he is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
