Properties: Vitamount® for Women is designed specifically to meet the diverse needs of women of all ages. As the combination of:
-    Vitamins: A, C, B complex and the mineral zinc are essential for young women.
-    Vitamins: D, B complex (especially folic acid), A, C, E, K, and minerals: calcium, zinc and copper are required for pregnant and lactating women and normal fetal formation.
-    Vitamins: D, B complex, A, C, E, and minerals: calcium, iron and magnesium are recommended for pre-and post-menopausal women.

Adverse Effects:

Dosage & Administration: One capsule daily preferably after breakfast.
